1. Aluminium Profile (no-magnetic) with asymmetric design
to be able to double rapidly, forming a "square" high mechanically
highly resistant
closed profile.
2. Pitch holes at 12,5 mm to optimize the overall dimensions of the bar
support according to the maximum distance possible between phases.
3. The tooth inside the block enables
it to remain firmly in position without falling.
4. The block's external indented shoulder allows the surface insulation distance
to be increased towards the metal mass and therefore to increase the leakage current distance.
5. Seat for the threaded reinforcing pawl which, when inserted in the upper
part of the profile, close to the tie rods, ensures they are perfectly
perpendicular, facilitating the positioning of the second profile. The pawl,
strengthens the block in case of short-circuit stresses in configurations with
minimum phase centre distance.
6. Rilsan tube enables the M6 steel threaded rods to be electrically insulated.
Only required when a solution with the minimum phase centre distance has to be adopted.
